Previous Experience:

Mr. Cheyne joined CRESST in October of 2019 and assumed the role of Program Manager on January 1, 2020 after the retirement of David Holdridge. He is the primary point of contact between the five CRESST II partner organizations and NASA/GSFC as well as the lead on administrative, financial, and day to day on-site operations. Prior to joining CRESST in October 2019 Mr. Cheyne was the Senior Program Manager responsible for the on-time on-budget delivery of up to 50 technology and customer facing projects each year for Amtrak. Mr. Cheyne was accountable for stakeholder management, procurement management, risk management, communications management, human resources management, quality management, integration management, scope management, schedule management, subcontractor management, quality assurance, and financial management for a 20 million dollar annual portfolio. He successfully led a team of reporting analysts, project managers, and business analysts deploying software and digital signage in Amtrak stations throughout the country to make them ADA compliant and provide greater customer service and increased revenue.
