As Director of Administration & Human Resource Services, Ms. Stout is responsible for directing SURA's administrative functions and property management for SURA's business facilities. In addition, she is the senior human resource leader responsible for the implementation of SURA's human resource services, programs, and policies, including workforce planning, health and welfare benefits, performance management, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. She serves as the staff liaison to the Compensation Committee of the SURA Board of Trustees and is a member of the Subcommittee for Retirement Plan Governance and Fiduciary Oversight.
Before joining SURA in 2007, Ms. Stout was the Director of Administration for a Washington, D.C. based public policy research association. She has held operations and project management roles in both the nonprofit and business sectors, including the D.C. based Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association, and McCaw Communications (AT&T Wireless) in Austin, Texas.
