GLAST Fellows Program: What's New
- December 10, 2007: The fellowship deadline has now past, and no additional applications for the September, 2008 appointments will be considered.
- December 17, 2007: Results of this year's Fellow selection process are due to be announced on or about February 7th, 2008.
- February 8, 2008: Communications have now been sent to all Fellowship applicants with the results of the selection.
- March 30, 2008: Dr. Jon Morse, Director of the NASA Astrophysical Science Division in the Science Mission Directorate, the GLAST Program and the GLAST Fellowship Office in the Center for Research and Exploration in Space Science and Technology (CRESST) are pleased to announce the selection of three Fellows for the first year of the GLAST Fellowship Program. There were 45 applications. The quality was very high and the competition intense. See Current GLAST Fellows for the specifics of the Fellowships.
- NASA Headquarters has merged the GLAST Fellows Program into a more broadly defined "Einstein Postdoctoral Fellowship Program," beginning with fellowships starting in 2009. For more information, and for application instructions, see: Einstein Fellowship Program.
